M-Series Coolers 5-Year Warranty
Here at Mangrove Outdoors, we believe that our customers, you, deserve good old fashioned customer service and quality products. Therefore, we offer:
Mangrove Outdoors warrants to the original purchaser that our M-Series Coolers will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for 5 Years, from the original purchase date. Included in this 5-year warranty are the original components (excluding the EVA Pad Top), such as the logo badge, rubber-feet, latches, handles, stainless inserts and drain plugs of our M-Series Coolers. Mangrove Outdoors vow to send our customers replacement parts including replacement logo-badges, latches, feet, pins, handles or drain plugs, if necessary, and where deemed appropriate by us under this 5-year warranty, and at no expense to the customer.
Excluded from this warranty is the EVA foam pad top. These can be purchased separately from us if you wish to replace them in the future.
This warranty will be void if it is found that the product has been subject to unauthorised alterations or abuse. This warranty does not cover claims arising from theft, loss, normal wear and tear, improper use and inappropriate storage and maintenance of your cooler. This warranty will also be void if, in the unlikely event, Mangrove Outdoors ceases business operations, or is taken over by another company.

Email us your full name, contact number, email address, order confirmation email and a description of the problem you are experiencing with the product and photos as proof.
