At Mangrove Outdoors we’re passionate about our products and we hope you are too. Please understand that our quality control processes are of the very highest standards and we physically inspect all products before they are listed for sale and leave our store, however, by the odd chance a product is deemed as manufacturer faulty, please see our warranty terms here. Returns or Exchanges
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and/or manufacturers defects and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Our team will advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available dependant on the situation.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about a product you have received (i.e. would like a different colour or size we offer) we can offer you an exchange so long as the item is in its original, unused and saleable condition with original product extras and/or tags still attached.
NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and exchange shipping costs.
Exchanges (Manufacturer Fault)
We physically inspect all products before they are listed for sale and leave our store, however, by the odd chance a product is deemed as manufacturer faulty, we will provide you with the option to exchange or return the item/s for a full refund (including shipping and associated charges).
IMPORTANT Returns and Exchanges information: Before attempting to return any item/s, please email info@mangroveoutdoors with your requests and as much detail as possible (your order details, personal details, pictures for defect items, shipping address etc). Our team will advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available given the situation.
Online Order Cancellation
In the event that you no longer wish to go through with your order, please contact email@example.com and state your name and order details. Note that all orders are processed within 24hrs so the quicker you get in touch the better!
